Senior Finance Manager (Project Accounting)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial closing activities and ensure accurate management reporting
• Oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, costing, and profitability analysis
• Manage full-spectrum finance operations including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and cash flow
• Handle regional and multi-currency reporting, including FX revaluation and cross-border transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit, and statutory requirements
• Partner with operational stakeholders to support project and commercial performance
• Drive process improvements and support finance system / ERP enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience within MNC or project-based environments
• Well verse in project accounting and revenue recognition
• Experience in multi-currency and regional reporting environments
• Well verse in IFRS/SFRS and audit processes
• Independent, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
