Position: Project Planning & Controls Specialist

Profile:

Due to our constant growth and the internal development of an employee, we are looking for a full-time Project Planning and Controls Specialist to strengthen the team at the Guntramsdorf site.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Definition of responsibilities and distribution of tasks in the team for scheduling according to customer specifications and company guidelines
  • Creation and updating of quotation and project schedules
  • Collaborate with schedulers from other business units
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders as a central point of contact for scheduling and progress monitoring
  • Resource planning based on schedules
  • Request schedule inputs and updates from stakeholders and suppliers
  • Actively manage project progress using company Policies and best practices
  • Internal and external reporting
  • Initiation and implementation of sustainable process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines


Ideal Background:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma)
  • Professional experience in project management, especially in scheduling / project controls
  • Knowledge of Primavera and MS Project
  • MS Office incl. SharePoint, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of switchgear (AIS/GIS) desirable
  • Certification PMI-SP or similar training is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in German and English
