InfoSec Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi

We seek an experienced Information Security Professional to support our CISO in providing strategic security guidance while managing complex stakeholder relationships across the organization. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate challenging conversations, build consensus, and drive security initiatives forward through influence and collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with the CISO to develop and maintain information security programs while building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Coordinate and conduct periodic access reviews while managing stakeholder expectations and timelines
• Guide technical teams on security requirements through consultation and collaboration rather than mandate
• Manage escalations and resolve conflicts related to security policies and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders such as IT, Network, Infrastructure, Application, and Development teams
• Lead security assessments while maintaining positive engagement with assessed teams
• Present security findings and recommendations to various stakeholders in a constructive manner
• Lead challenging discussions with business units and technical teams to address security concerns and drive resolution
• Navigate conflicting priorities between security requirements and business objectives to find balanced solutions
• Facilitate productive dialogue between different departments during security incidents or policy implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security with demonstrated stakeholder management success

· Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or related certifications
