Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer

We’re building an AI-native development culture, and we’re looking for a developer who wants to grow with it.

Most of our work is in eCommerce and custom web development, with technologies like PHP, JavaScript, PrestaShop, Sylius, Shopware, Laravel, React, and Vue. You don’t need to know every tool from day one, but you should be comfortable working across the stack and learning quickly when a project needs it. We actively use AI tools like Claude and other modern assistants in our daily work - not as a gimmick, but as a practical way to understand codebases faster, explore options, prototype ideas, improve quality, and make better technical decisions.

This role is for someone who already has real development experience and wants to take the next step - work on more complex projects, become more independent, learn from strong teammates, and gradually take more ownership.

• eCommerce platforms and custom web solutions
• integrations with APIs, ERPs, payment, shipping, and other third-party systems
• existing client platforms that need new features, refactoring, or performance improvements
• supporting technical discovery and architecture decisions
• AI-assisted coding, prototyping and technology exploration
  

• Build and improve features across client projects
• Work hands-on across backend, frontend, integrations, and eCommerce platforms
• Use AI tools daily as part of your development workflow
• Participate in code reviews, learn from feedback, and contribute to technical quality
• Communicate clearly with teammates, project managers, and, when needed, clients
• Explore new technologies and help choose practical solutions for project needs
• Contribute to better ways of using AI in the development process
  

• Know PHP and JavaScript well
• Understand full-stack web development
• Have experience with Laravel, React, Vue, or similar frameworks
• Are interested in eCommerce platforms such as PrestaShop, Sylius, or Shopware
• Like variety and are not tied to one framework forever
• Can work with existing codebases and improve them pragmatically
• Communicate clearly and take ownership
• Are curious about AI and want to use it seriously in everyday development
• Are based in Lithuania and available for hybrid work
