We are currently looking for a Senior Go Engineer to join an international client and play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend systems within a modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new backend services within a microservices architecture
• Implement scalable and maintainable functionality using Go
• Develop and maintain system components running in containerized environments
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability of developed solutions
• Automate software build, testing, and deployment processes
• Participate in architectural decision-making during early stages of solution development
• Maintain high standards of code quality, readability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with Go and backend development
• Strong experience building production-ready services
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience deploying applications using GitOps practices
• Experience with platform automation and infrastructure management
• Solid experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and greenfield projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• European Union country citizenship is required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability practices across the SDLC
• Familiarity with OpenShift
• Experience contributing to architectural discussions and distributed systems design
