We are hiring Junior AI & Data Analysts to join a leading global financial services client in Kraków.
As the organisation continues to scale its data and AI capabilities, we are looking for ambitious junior talent to join a growing Data & AI Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale financial datasets, support AI-driven initiatives, and contribute to the development of modern data platforms and intelligent analytics solutions.
You will work alongside data engineers, analysts, and AI specialists to help deliver high-quality data solutions that support automation, reporting, machine learning, and business decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured financial data
- Assist with preparing and transforming datasets for analytics, automation, and AI/ML use cases
- Work with internal systems and external financial data providers to integrate and validate data sources
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and improve data quality
- Support AI-enabled reporting, data visualisation, and intelligent workflow initiatives
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, workflows, and cloud-based data environments
- Assist in implementing best practices across data governance, documentation, and data modelling
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to support scalable data infrastructure
- Contribute to data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes for reporting and regulatory requirements
- Gain exposure to modern AI and data technologies including machine learning workflows, large datasets, and automation tooling
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or a related field
- Experience with SQL and/or Python
- Understanding of databases, data structures, and data modelling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Interest in AI, machine learning, automation, or modern data technologies
- Familiarity with data pipeline or transformation tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice to Have
- Internship or previous experience in a data, analytics, or AI-related role
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, or data visualisation tools
- Familiarity with financial services, financial products, or market data
- Exposure to modern data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Understanding of APIs, automation tools, or GenAI technologies
