It helps the individual to gain more experience being part of IT system modernization programs with larger scale. Exposure in devising plan for exiting legacy technologies like M/F. These are multiyear programs hence individual can gain experience and move to next level in their career

【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】

・Must have IT experience with hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot framework

・Possess sound knowledge in Git, JDBC connectivity, Understanding of Server configuration, Logging.

・ Must have knowledge in Spring annotations, Caching mechanisms for Rest APIs & Rule engine development

・Able to understand requirements and architecture design quickly and equip themselves to work on the project

・Should be more flexible in adapting oneself to project and able to meet the deliverables

・Should be able to prepare high level, low design documents based on the requirements

・Should be able to develop/modify programs in adherence to customer coding standards

・Ability to perform estimation based on the BRD and share with assumptions for the efforts considered

・Adherence to deliverables review process of both our company & customer

・Good analytical and debugging skills

・Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status

・Participation in customer meetings
