Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team at Morrison Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and driving growth within the organization. The role requires important communication abilities combined with an exceptional sales approach and a comprehensive grasp of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Organize and facilitate working sessions and alignment meetings with stakeholders across departments (elocal transaction services, central support functions, operations).

✅ Support process mapping and optimization using tools like BPMN or UML.

✅ Document and follow up on workshop outcomes, including agendas and action plans.

✅ Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements for delivery and operational teams.

✅ Support and coordinate activities related to gap analysis, user testing and defect resolution in collaboration with internal IT and operations squads.

✅ Ensure that business objectives are well-understood and properly reflected in the solution design.

Profile:

✅Minimum 2/3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in the banking or financial services sector.

✅ Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.

✅ Knowledge of Power BI, SQL,R, Python, SAS software, Google Analytics, Tableau, statistical software

✅ Solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅ Experience in defining requirements and following up on test and delivery activities.

✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to conceptualize complex workflows.

✅ Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written) + Dutch (preferred).

✅ Familiarity with international payment processing.

✅ Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
