Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Agile Project Manager: Project & Program Delivery, you will execute projects, manage programs, and perform organizational change management. You will leverage your IT and business experience to drive successful project outcomes and facilitate cross-team collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Agile Project Manager: Project & Program Delivery, you will execute projects, manage programs, and perform organizational change management. You will leverage your IT and business experience to drive successful project outcomes and facilitate cross-team collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage Projects and Programs: Conduct resource planning, time management and tracking, budget management, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration: Identify and interlock cross-team dependencies, resolve application team blockers, and facilitate cross-team visual schedule roadmaps to drive project progress.
- Coach Teams on Best Practices: Train and coach teams on best practices to be used on integration projects, leveraging knowledge of agile principles and ceremonies, lean, OCM, and design thinking methodologies.
- Perform Organizational Change Management: Apply organizational change management principles to ensure smooth project implementation and adoption.
- Leverage IT and Business Experience: Utilize IT and business experience to identify and mitigate project risks, and drive successful project outcomes.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Project Management Techniques: Experience with project management techniques and delivery methods, including resource planning, time management, budget management, and risk management.
- Agile and Lean Methodologies: Experience with agile principles and ceremonies, as well as lean methodologies, to facilitate cross-team collaboration and drive project progress.
- Professional level of Dutch or/and French (C1)
- Organizational Change Management: Experience in applying organizational change management principles to ensure smooth project implementation and adoption.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience in identifying and interlocking cross-team dependencies, resolving application team blockers, and facilitating cross-team visual schedule roadmaps.
- IT and Business Acumen: Experience leveraging IT and business experience to identify and mitigate project risks, and drive successful project outcomes.
Design Thinking Methodologies: Experience with design thinking methodologies to facilitate creative problem-solving and drive innovative project solutions.
People Management Skills: Experience in managing and leading teams, including training and coaching on best practices for integration projects.
