🚨 Hiring: IT Support Specialist (Apple Environment) | Cork, Ireland

📍 Location: Cork, Ireland (Onsite)

📅 Job Type: Contract

We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a leading Ecommerce client in Cork, Ireland on a long-term contract.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 5+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience

✅ 4+ years supporting Apple devices and operating systems

✅ Strong macOS and iOS troubleshooting expertise

✅ Any apple certification will be a plus (ACMT or ACiT or ACSP or AGP)

✅ Experience supporting Macs, iPhones/iPads, Apple Watch, and Apple TV

✅ Knowledge of IP networking and basic network troubleshooting

✅ Experience with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing tools

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support to employees and contractors

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, macOS, iOS, and networking issues

• Manage incidents through ticketing systems and drive them to resolution

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSAT standards

• Collaborate with global support teams and escalate complex issues when required
