IT Business Analyst ( Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, helping us deliver both core product enhancements and client-specific solutions.

What you’ll do

1. Requirements management

• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Review and refine client feature requests, transforming them into actionable specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and align them with product capabilities.

2. Solution design

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities for proposed solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications for service provider integrations — including reviewing API documentation and defining data flows.
• Contribute to the design of scalable and maintainable solutions that support the product roadmap.

3. Collaboration with the development team

• Work closely with the SCRUM team, ensuring clear communication between business and technical sides.
• Translate business requirements into structured development tasks and user stories.
• Support developers and designers with clear documentation, process diagrams (UML, BPMN), and wireframes.

4. Documentation and knowledge management

• Maintain and update internal documentation, integration guides, and client-specific solution overviews.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements across projects.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (reading API docs, testing via Postman, creating sequence diagrams).
• Proven ability to create detailed PRDs for integrations and complex product features.
• Familiarity with wireframing and process design tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in Fintech or related industries (e-Commerce, Crypto, Payments) is essential.
