Here's the deal: Kandy scales e-commerce brands - from $50k/month to $500k/month, sometimes faster than that sounds reasonable.
We do it with performance ads, killer creatives, and a team that doesn't believe in "good enough."
Now we need someone to help us bring more great people into that team.
This isn't a "make coffee and file paperwork" kind of HR role. You'll be involved in onboarding new hires and helping us hire the right ones in the first place.
Real responsibility, real ownership, from day one.
What you'll actually do:
- Help new hires get set up and feel like they know what they're doing.
- Support the hiring process - screening, scheduling, coordinating with the team.
- Keep things organized so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Spot what's inefficient and fix it - we're not interested in someone who just follows a checklist.
What we need from you:
- You take full ownership. If something's unclear, you don't wait around - you ask, or better, you figure it out.
- You like to innovate, not just maintain.
- You're curious about how hiring and people-ops actually work.
- Fluent English - non-negotiable, since you'll be talking to candidates and team members across markets.
- Based in or around Vilnius, since we'll want to meet in person from time to time. The rest of the time, fully remote.
No previous experience required.
We care more about how you think than what's on your CV.
The details:
8-9 EUR gross/hour.
5-10 hours/week to start - more as you prove yourself and take on more.
