Overview

We are seeking an Interim Cyber GRC Analyst to join the team on a short-term assignment for the next 3–6 months. This role is suited for a professional with strong experience across cyber governance, risk and compliance, with the ability to work effectively with security stakeholders and support reporting, tooling, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cyber governance, risk and compliance activities across the organization
• Work closely with security teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment
• Manage and enhance Archer, including identifying opportunities to improve the tool and optimize its use
• Leverage AI and smart tooling to improve GRC processes, reporting, and efficiency
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Support data analysis and provide insights for cyber risk and compliance reporting
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating cybersecurity policies
• Contribute to ongoing cyber GRC initiatives during the interim assignment

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Cyber GRC Analyst
• Experience operating at Senior Consultant or Manager level, ideally within Protiviti or a similar consulting environment
• Strong understanding of cyber governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Archer administration and improvement
• Strong capability with Power BI and Tableau for reporting and data analysis
• Comfortable working with security teams and interfacing with technical stakeholders
• Strong policy-writing skills, particularly in the cybersecurity domain
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and process improvement approaches is highly desirable
