Working model: 9 months full-time from the office, after that hybrid

Employment: full-time, fixed working hours

Compensation: 8000 PLN gross per month + benefits

The RedCompass Labs Academy

The RedCompass Labs Academy is a centre of excellence, based in Warsaw, offering a full-time 9-months programme to build knowledge, foster personal development, and develop practical skills and business awareness.

The Academy equips you with both the mindset and tools to challenge and solve client problems in the Financial Industry. Working exclusively alongside our unique data driven initiatives, the programme is built to drive you to become articulate, confident, analytical, collaborative, and forward-thinking graduates.

The Academy offers an analytical track that allows you to gain skills and develop yourself in Business and System Analysis, and Quality Assurance.

Post-graduation there is the opportunity to support RedCompass Labs and our clients around the world as a full-time, independent employee.

The Role:

Academy candidates initially follow several classrooms based ‘Core’ modules, that will provide you with a foundation in:

• Payments
• Financial Crime
• Core Banking
• Agile Practices
• Basics of Software Development Lifecyle and Data Science
• Basic Tooling

Successful completion of this initial core part of the programme allows you to gain broad knowledge of Payments, Financial Crime, Core Banking and Data Analytics to perform the following activities:

• Define System architecture
• Undertake requirements mapping
• Write detailed Business, Functional and Design documents
• Execute/Collaborate in test and migration planning
• Understand the build framework of D1R (our ‘smart’ testing tool)
• Create test cases based on business and/or system requirements
• Translate these to functional and regression demand
• Analyse outputs from D1R
• Defect triage and Business impact analysis

This will include:

• Working alongside RedCompass Labs teams based in client sites
• Interacting with a banks SME’s and Business Analysts
• Engagement with RedCompass Labs

We are looking for individuals keen to gain analytical/SME skills in the highly regulated, continuously changing Financial Industry as part of strong competent client delivery teams.

• Speaks English fluently (minimum B2/C1)

Expected Knowledge

• The candidate holds a bachelors / master’s degree in one of (or equivalent) Maths, Economics, Finance, Business Studies or is in the final years of their university degree.
