  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external advisors, ensuring alignment and execution discipline across the transaction lifecycle.
  • Lead or support post-merger integration (PMI) and value realization by tracking synergies, managing risks, and supporting delivery against strategic objectives.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business teams and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify implementation risks and barriers, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Prepare management updates, analyses, and presentations.

Our requirements:

Both levels:

  • Experience in strategy, M&A, strategic initiatives management (e.g., strategy consulting, M&A consulting, corporate development / strategy departments, value creation advisory).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to structure problems, and synthesize clear conclusions.

  • Experience working on projects in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment; flexibility.
  • Very good command of MS Office tools (at least Excel and PowerPoint).
  • English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, Polish native / C2.

Specialist’s level:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in relevant areas.
  • Experience contributing to or co-leading projects.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a project team under the guidance of a project lead.

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in relevant areas.
  • Proven experience leading projects or key strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
