🚀 Job Description and Responsibilities:

· Perform data analysis to derive meaningful results from the data, steer the business in the right directions

· Meet ad-hoc data requests aimed at addressing the business needs of teams

· Define and lead appropriate analysis and suggestions to improve productivity & to ease the decision-making process.

· Create and fulfill reporting requests related to developed or existing products

· Work closely with internal cross functional stakeholders in leading & executing analytical data use cases

· Lead data projects with IT teams about building dashboards, multi-dimensional models on SSAS and designing the user experience on POWER BI.

· Ensure to build correct analytical model & calculation, continuous communication, and clear documentation.

· Develop and update dashboards to enable monitoring

· Identify and address any data quality issues in systems or processes, and working with relevant teams to implement solutions

· Communicate data topics with all teams and clarify internal customer needs about self service reporting on Power BI, provide necessary guidance and trainings

· Serve as an ambassador for data within the organization.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate analysis, concepts, and ideas into convincing communication

· Strong teammate in multi-disciplinary teams

· Strong skills to successfully communicate and interact with a broad variety of partners

· Ambitious and comfortable to work with limited supervision

· Ability to develop leading-edge business models and frameworks for analysis

· Experience with research, statistical analyses and hypotheses-based working style

· Excellent analytical skills and strong business sense

· Ability to translate strategy into business objectives

· Ability to work with complex data sets

· Strong in using data analysis tools

· Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

· Technology background / companies where digital is the main channel is a plus

· Minimum 3 years experience in data & analytical roles

· Bachelor degree preferably in related disciplines

· MSc. or MBA is a strong asset

· Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment.
