What you´ll do

• The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing business processes, identifying and implementing areas for improvement and recommending solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
• The role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
• In addition, this role is responsible for supporting the day-today operations of the business channel by coordinating administrative tasks, processes to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining best practices.
• Conduct detailed analysis and prepare reports using one or more of the data management systems
• Develop and present reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Execution and management of specific channel business requirements
• Data Management: Amazon vendor central, RAQN database.
• Assist KAMs with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Assist KAMs with invoicing and billing administrative work and ensure timeliness in processing invoices.
• Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor degree in business administration & analytics
• Minimum 1-3 years related experience.
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Data manipulation functions, Charts, Data analysis and visualization, Macros)
• Data Mining Skills (ability to compile and manipulate complex data sets to assist leadership team in deriving actionable insights).
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments.
