Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

We are currently partnering with several organisations across different industries on confidential Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) appointments.

These opportunities span a range of sectors and organisational maturity levels, from regional leadership mandates to global cybersecurity leadership roles. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving cybersecurity strategy, cyber resilience, technology risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and security transformation initiatives while partnering closely with Boards, executive leadership teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programmes.
• Oversee cyber operations, incident response, security architecture, and resilience initiatives.
• Advise Boards, executive committees, and senior stakeholders on cyber risk and emerging threats.
• Drive security transformation and digital enablement initiatives across the organisation.
• Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams and operating models.
• Manage regulatory engagements, audits, and industry compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role, such as CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Cyber Security, Head of Information Security, or equivalent.
• Strong background in cybersecurity governance, technology risk, security operations, architecture, resilience, or a combination thereof.
• Experience engaging Boards, regulators, executive stakeholders, and business leaders.
• Track record of leading cybersecurity programmes within complex and regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
