We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HRBP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the heart of our daily HR operations, acting as a vital bridge between our employees, management, and specialized HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging HR professional to gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle.   • Assist in partnering with Business Units (BU) to support HR initiatives, helping with day-to-day workforce planning and organizational queries.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by assisting with employee communications and addressing basic inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services) to help execute HR programs and provide on-the-ground feedback for continuous process improvement.
  • Assist the C&B team with data collection, reporting, and administrative support during annual merit cycles and promotional windows to help maintain internal parity.
  • Participate in reviewing and documenting standard operating procedures to improve daily HR operational efficiency.
  • Support the broader HR team in the rollout, administration, and tracking of annual HR cycles, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding general HR queries, routine employee relations matters, and basic conflict resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide hands-on administrative support for core HR matters, including performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining accurate records in our HR systems.
  • Work closely with team members to operationalize HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, consistency across Business Units, and basic compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on current local labor laws and employment regulations to help the team minimize legal risks in daily HR activities.
  • Assist in gathering People Data and generating routine reports to track key metrics (such as headcount, attrition, and diversity), helping the team prepare insights for business unit heads.


Qualifications


You should:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Possess 5 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role
  • Have In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices
  • Be able to collaborate and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

It would be great if you:

  • Have a valid IHRP certification
  • Possess experience in the healthcare industry experience
