What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team
• Analyze and resolve conflicts that arise during the Agile process
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Guide the organization through the transition from Waterfall to Agile practices
• Continuously improve processes and practices to enhance team performance
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
• At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

• Experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile
• Ability to work with and lead diverse teams
• Experience operating in various Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile)
