Application Support Analyst(Oracle)

Job Description:

 We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft technology suites to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and customization of applications while ensuring high system availability and performance.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Provide technical and functional support for Oracle and Microsoft-based enterprise applications.

 Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

 Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL/PLSQL scripts, reports (XML Publisher, RDF), and workflows.

 Support and customize Oracle Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and AME solutions.

 Design and develop applications using Oracle APEX.

 Manage integrations through REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

 Collaborate with business teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Perform regular system health checks, updates, and performance tuning.

 Support Oracle ERP modules, including P2P, O2C, EAM, and HRMS.

 Technical Skills Required:

 Oracle Suite:

 SQL / PLSQL & Reports Development (XML Publisher, RDF)

 Oracle Framework (OAF)

 Oracle Workflow and AME

 Oracle APEX

 Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (P2P, O2C, EAM, HRMS)

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
