Job Description

As a Front-End Engineer, your main responsibility will be focused on developing the membership form and new features for a major mobile payment service. This involves:

Development Overview:

• Function development for a web application targeting web browsers
• Function development for mini-apps offered within the mobile application

Development Methods & Responsibilities:

• Full involvement in requirements definition through to release as part of a Scrum team

Team Composition:

• Team size: 8-10 members, including planners and designers

Development Examples:

• Usage statistics, biometric authentication (FaceID), credit registration for family cards, etc.

Tech Stack:

• Languages: Vue.js 3
• Framework/Library: Nuxt.js
• Version Control: Github
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Miro, Confluence
• Testing Tools: Vitest, StoryBook
• Editor: VSCode
• Infrastructure: AWS ECS
• Other Tools: Slack, Zoom

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development using Vue.js, React, or TypeScript (experience duration is a guideline)
• TypeScript knowledge is required for technical assessments (coding tests)
• Japanese fluency

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in optimizing frontend architecture and performance for large-scale projects
• Experience working in a Scrum team
• Experience with cloud-based development
• Business-level proficiency in English

Conditions

• Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000–¥12,000,000
• Transportation Costs: Covered based on company policy
• Break Time: 60 minutes
