As an increasing number of companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market shift to "ESG management," the company has seen a rising demand for its services, particularly from large enterprise clients.

Job Description

In this position, you’ll play a key role as a front-end (React) software development professional, focusing on the development and maintenance of our company’s product suite. We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in front-end development and a solid background in developing and operating medium to large-scale software systems.

Your responsibilities may include the following:

- Developing new features

- Collaborating with designers to continuously improve UI/UX

- Designing and maintaining the front-end architecture

- Creating and executing front-end test plans

- Designing backend schemas (GraphQL)

- Researching new technologies, core frameworks, and libraries

Requirements

• At least 4years of hands-on experience in front-end development
• At least 2 years of practical experience specifically with React
• Solid understanding of basic algorithms and data structures
• Practical experience in the development, operation, and improvement of web services
• Proficiency in software development using TypeScript
• Fluency in Japanese
