More than 90% of medical institutions still use PHS and fax. Therefore, to solve those problems in the medical field where many analog tasks such as PHS and paperwork are carried out, their app has a chat function, extension function, nurse calls, and cooperation with electronic medical records, etc.

In the future, they will add functions to their app and increase collaboration with other companies' apps, and use this app to support healthcare workers' work efficiency improvements, work style reforms, and digital transformation of hospital management.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for server construction and operational support on AWS for the company's in-house product, a management platform application for medical institutions. Additionally, as a technical leader, you will be responsible for policy decisions and support for members.

This app has been adopted by more than 50 hospitals nationwide and is growing as a service used by more than 20,000 people. With the recent increase in users, the company needs to add functional improvements and implementation of new functions.

They would like you to work on the issue of creating a situation where continuous maintenance is possible while maintaining quality, such as consideration of operational aspects and version upgrades of the services used.

【Key responsibilities】

■ Mainly responsible for cloud environment construction and operation support in AWS.

■ Design and build cloud environment to provide services

■ Optimize cloud environment by collaborating with backend development team

■ Provide technical support to service operation and implementation teams

Must-Have Experiences/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in building, operating, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS (regardless of service)..
• Experience using Node.js or TypeScript..
• Japanese proficiency at the everyday conversation level (e.g. acquired Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2).

Conditions

• Salary: ¥6,000,000–¥9,000,000
• Transportation Costs: Covered (as per company policy).
