Data Product Manager (Product Master)

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Data Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identifying issues/Planning strategy regarding product
• Managing and visualizing of KPIs related to product
• Arrangement of human resource / offshore management
• Identifying issues/Analyzing for data utilization
• Planning and project management for product data quality improvement and product data utilization
  
  

Required Skills

• Strategy planning / requirement definition in IT services
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and requirement definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• KPI management for business / customer / operation procedures
• Project management involving with multiple teams
• Strategic approach to align client needs with team goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to clearly communicate business needs
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Ability to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English

Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)

Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
