We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Expert.

In this role you will:

Support cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-changing delivery environment within the Cybersecurity domain.

This role goes beyond standard Scrum events facilitation — we are looking for a strong Agile practitioner who can navigate high-demand business environments, manage changing priorities, and help teams evolve toward a more predictable and sustainable workflow.

Mandatory Skills:

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead in global complex environments
• Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments
• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC

Desirable Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain
• Experience in data analytics, metric reporting is a plus
• Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams and familiarity with PBI, Tableau Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
• Background in software development, QA, or product management.
