Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to integrate our teams, supporting agile squads in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.

In this role, you will act as a facilitator and enabler, promoting collaboration, operational efficiency, and consistent value delivery, while contributing to the evolution of the team’s agile maturity.

What you will do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with best practices;
• Support multidisciplinary teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies;
• Identify and help remove impediments and manage dependencies impacting team delivery;
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, insights, and team observation;
• Support the definition, implementation, and follow-up of improvement actions;
• Track performance indicators and support teams in analysing delivery outcomes.

What you are like:

• Experience in similar roles in Agile Project Management area;
• Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong ability to identify and resolve impediments and promote team autonomy;
• Comfortable using metrics and data to drive continuous improvement;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in English is valued.
