We're working with a product-led company that's investing properly in AI and looking for an engineer who wants to build systems people actually use.

Think production-ready LLM applications. AI agents. RAG pipelines. Modern MLOps and LLMOps. Kubernetes. Python. Databricks.

The kind of environment where you're solving problems around scale, reliability, evaluation, monitoring and safety, not just prompting ChatGPT and hoping for the best.

You'll be working alongside a highly technical team that genuinely cares about engineering quality and is building an AI platform designed for long-term growth, not a short-lived proof of concept.

It's the sort of role where you'll have the freedom to influence architecture, experiment with emerging agent frameworks and communication protocols, and help define how AI is delivered across an entire business.

I'm looking to speak with engineers who have around 1-4 years of commercial AI or machine learning experience and have already shipped ML or LLM-powered products into production.
