Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their close-knit HR team at their Head Office in County Meath.
This is a dynamic, high-volume role split primarily between Employee Relations (ER) and supporting Talent Acquisition (TA).
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Operations
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations queries, confidently managing a high volume of active ER cases (investigations, absence management, and disciplinaries).
- Partner closely with site management teams to prepare documentation, set expectations, and guide them through nuanced disciplinary outcomes and mediations.
- Proactively manage absenteeism across the group by implementing standard templates, tracking metrics, and training line managers.
- Navigate complex, multi-cultural workforce dynamics, coordinating translation supports where required.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Partner with the Senior TA Specialist to screen, interview, and pipeline talent for high-demand technical roles across Ireland and Europe.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and build excellent candidate relationships in a highly competitive market.
Generalist Duties
- Support the wider HR team with onboarding, policy updates, and general compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong, proven exposure to handling complex Employee Relations cases and high-volume recruitment.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional confidence in managing stakeholders and guiding operational managers who look to HR for firm direction.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "never black-and-white" environment where things move quickly.
- Mobility: As this role supports active project sites, you must hold a full driving license and your own vehicle to travel across regional sites and Dublin as required (all travel expenses fully covered).
- Presence: This is a fully on-site role based in County Meath.
