We are currently seeking an ''Compensation, HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist'' to join our team with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bonus and payment processes.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of incentive schemes and compensation programs.
- Support compensation processes, including salary analyses and job offer preparations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics on a regular basis.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
- Support HR analytics initiatives by analyzing organizational, workforce, performance, and employee data to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to the enhancement of HR reporting systems and digitalization projects.
- Support the preparation of information and documentation requested during audits conducted by official authorities.
- Conduct analysis, reporting, and data management activities required by the People & Culture team.
