We are currently seeking an ''Compensation, HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist'' to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly bonus and payment processes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of incentive schemes and compensation programs.
• Support compensation processes, including salary analyses and job offer preparations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics on a regular basis.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
• Support HR analytics initiatives by analyzing organizational, workforce, performance, and employee data to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to the enhancement of HR reporting systems and digitalization projects.
• Support the preparation of information and documentation requested during audits conducted by official authorities.
• Conduct analysis, reporting, and data management activities required by the People & Culture team.
