We are looking for an "Human Resources Specialist" to join the Zorlu PSM Human Resources Department, who will play an important role in implementing HR strategies and policies across all HR processes to provide an excellent employee experience.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Taking an active role in recruitment processes with a focus on candidate experience.
- Supporting onboarding processes and conducting activities to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Participating in Employer Branding projects to implement practices that strengthen both candidate and employee engagement.
- Providing support for Learning & Development processes, including planning, organization, and measurement phases.
- Following performance management processes and supporting data analysis and reporting activities
- Supporting Organizational Development and Digital HR projects.
- Collaborating with employees and managers to analyze needs and contribute to taking necessary actions.
- Developing university partnerships, creating new projects, and overseeing their implementation.
Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in at least a few of the following areas: Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
- Holistic perspective on Human Resources processes.
- A keen interest in digital HR applications, HR analytics, and data-driven methodologies, with a strong motivation for self-development in these areas.
- Proactive attitude toward taking responsibility in end-to-end project management and development.
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Adaptability to change management processes and a willingness to contribute to organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced level is preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Emotional maturity, self-motivation, and multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
