Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for IT Security Specialist.

Location: Remote from Poland

Employment Type: B2B or Employment Contract

FTE: Full-time

We are looking for a specialist who will support us with the controls execution in managing complex Financial systems. The Candidate should have knowledge in Infosec area and SOX.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT Security, IT Audit, IT Compliance, GRC, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance is required.
• Proven experience supporting SOX audits and working with auditors.
• IT Audit & Control Testing
• Risk Assessment & Remediation
• Strong understanding of:
• Access Management controls
• Change Management controls
• User access reviews
• Privileged access management
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Control testing and evidence management
• Experience working with financial systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and security governance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Own and support SOX compliance activities related to IT security controls and financial systems.
• Support IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, evidence collection, control validation, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during SOX and compliance audits.
• Perform and support access control reviews, user access certifications, privileged access reviews, and segregation of duties (SoD) assessments.
• Evaluate security controls across financial applications, ERP systems, and business-critical platforms.
• Support change management control processes and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and drive remediation actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain security documentation, control descriptions, procedures, and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and Business teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security governance and compliance processes.
