Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on professional experience, industry exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals. It aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace application while preparing participants for successful careers in their respective fields.

Graduate Trainees will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, contribute to real projects, participate in learning and development activities, and gain exposure to industry best practices under the guidance and supervision of their supervisors.

Participants who perform well may be considered for full-time employment opportunities, subject to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, research, analysis, and documentation activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, technical documents, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project requirements.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn in a professional environment.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within established timelines.

Eligible Disciplines

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree obtained within the last two years from an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, technology, sustainability, engineering, or business transformation.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to adapt to new challenges
