Job Description-

 More than 8 years of experience in RF design and optimization

 In-depth understanding of vRAN architecture, Open RAN principles and RAN automation

Understanding

 Excellent understanding of radio KPIs, counters and parameters, as well as a

Ability to perform archer testing, worst-case cell analysis, and problem root cause analysis

 Excellent knowledge of user and signalling call flows, as well as RAN questions

Ability to solve problems

 Good knowledge of any radio planning tool (e.g. Atoll, Planet, Asset, etc.)

Having a

 Experience with any CEM/geographic tool

 Willingness to learn fast, momentum, and the ability to work long hours if needed

 Drive testing and analysis using third-party tools (e.g., L3 analysis)

Ability to perform sage analysis, etc.

Education and Qualifications

 More than 8 years of experience in the mobile communications sector, mainly in RAN-related roles

 Strong knowledge of design and optimization

 Native Japanese (or fluent in Japanese)

 Oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English

• RFデザインおよびオプティミゼーションに関する8年以上の経験
• vRANアーキテクチャの詳細な理解、Open RANの原則およびRAN自動化の理解
• ラジオのKPI、カウンター、パラメーターに関する優れた理解と、フィーチャー試験、最悪セル分析、問題の原因分析を行う能力
• ユーザーとシグナリングのコールフローに関する優れた知識と、RAN問題を解決する能力
• 任意のラジオ計画ツール (例: Atoll, Planet, Asset など)について良い知識を持つこと
• 任意のCEM/地理ツールに関する経験
• 早く学ぶ意欲があり、勢いがあり、必要に応じて長時間勤務できる方
• 第三者ツールを用いたドライブテストおよびその分析 (備蓉分析、L3メッセージ分析など)ができる能力

学歴および資格

• モバイル通信分野における8年以上の経験、主にRAN関連職務
• デザインおよびオプティミゼーションに関する強い知識
• 日本語ネイティブ (または日本語を得意とする方)
• 日本語、英語の口頭および文章の伝達力
