Applications are now invited for the position of HR Coordinator
The Role: Working closely as a small group HR team, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual. The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad range of HR issues and administration, ad hoc projects. This is a hybrid role, with candidates required to work from both our Mullingar and Rathcoole offices at various times throughout the week.
Responsibilities
· Liaise with the HR Manager for day-to-day HR operations.
· Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and providing feedback.
· Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, induction paperwork, and probationary periods.
· Support the HR Manager and other managers with employee relations issues as needed.
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a new HR system, tracking annual leave, sickness, absenteeism, and turnover, and maintaining all HR records.
· Generate and develop ad hoc reports for management and internal stakeholders, such as headcount reports.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of HR systems and processes to support operational effectiveness.
· Promote a positive team culture and deliver high-quality service to all stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· A third-level qualification in Human Resources (essential) or a similar business discipline.
· CIPD accreditation is desirable.
· 2+ years' experience as an HR Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
· Recruitment and selection experience is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organised and efficient, with a proven ability to work independently and use initiative.
· Confidentiality is critical, given the sensitive nature of this role.
· Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow up in a timely and accurate manner.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written communication skills.
· A valid driver’s license and access to a car are essential.

This position offers a competitive salary depending on experience, along with an employer pension contribution and 5 weeks of annual leave
