Senior .NET Developer (NL + ENG)

Position: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer to lead our backend development efforts and drive architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET Core, cloud platforms, and microservices design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of .NET Core backend systems;
• Architect and implement microservices architectures and distributed systems;
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security;
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices;
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with .NET Core, C#, and microservices architectures;
• Proven experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and best practices;
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JWT;
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a software development environment.
