Position: Fullstack .Net Developer with React

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Fullstack .Net Developer with React to join our innovative team. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and modern applications. Combining expertise in backend development using .Net technologies and frontend development with React, you will work on exciting projects that leverage the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using .Net Core and frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and modern frontend applications using React.js, integrating state management libraries like Redux or Recoil.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based architectures, employing tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and service mesh solutions like Istio.
  • Create and integrate scalable APIs using REST and GraphQL standards.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), incorporating serverless technologies like Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.
  • Ensure secure and efficient communication using modern identity management frameworks, including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
  • Optimize application performance using caching solutions like Redis or NCache and implement asynchronous processing techniques.
  • Implement best practices for DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and monitoring systems like Azure Monitor.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and team retrospectives.
  • Ensure data security and integrity with modern encryption and secure coding techniques.
  • Design and manage database systems, utilizing relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
  • Stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, applying them to projects as appropriate.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in .Net Core and React.js.
  • Strong backend development skills using C#, ASP.Net Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Expertise in React development, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
  • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, including services like Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles and frameworks such as Material-UI, TailwindCSS, or Bootstrap.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks for backend (xUnit, MSTest) and frontend (Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library).
  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic Stack (ELK), Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Hands-on experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
  • Certification in Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent cloud certifications.
  • Experience with advanced deployment techniques, including Blue-Green Deployments and Canary Releases.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and progressive web apps using frameworks like Next.js or React Native.
