Data Analyst (NL + ENG)

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The successful candidate will analyze large datasets, create visualizations, and support teams with meaningful interpretations of data trends.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends;
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks;
• Identify areas for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R);
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations;
