Business Analyst (NL+ENG )

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Type: Hybrid (2 - 3 day per week on-site)

Languages: fluency in English and Dutch (C2 minimum)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, leveraging CRM platforms and BPMN frameworks to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance.

Analyze data from CRM systems to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Must have Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or related domains.
• 5 years of writing User Stories, with a flexible and pragmatic approach to the pragmatic approach to Agile methodology.
• 3 years of knowledge of databases, including a thorough understanding of database management systems
• Experience with process mapping, data modeling, and requirements management tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Create dashboards and reports that support decision-making and improve customer relationship strategies.
• Hands-on experience in CRM systems and BPMN modeling.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or reporting software is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (C2 minimum)
  
  
  

Preferable Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze current CRM systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions to meet business objectives.
• Document and model business processes using BPMN standards.
