Project Manager (NL + ENG)

Position: Project Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2-3 times a week on the client´s office

Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium

Mandatory Languages: One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets;
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks;
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors;
• Ensure projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing IT projects (3+ years preferred);
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.);
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred);
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
