We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Analytics Lead to support continued platform development and site migration efforts. This role is integral in evaluating data analytics, audience behaviors, and website performance to ensure we meet desired outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding the adoption of a data-driven approach to personalize web content, optimize user journeys, and drive meaningful experiences on our digital platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead web analytics and reporting efforts to evaluate DXP websites' performance and outcomes.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to measure and optimize tailoring and personalization interactions, conversion rates, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define desired experiences and identify opportunities for measuring and analyzing tailored web content.
  • Develop and define experiments to test and optimize web content personalization.
  • Analyze and interpret experiment results, optimizing campaigns based on insights.
  • Guide stakeholders in understanding and applying data insights to enhance personalization strategies.
  • Produce reports and presentations on website performance and optimization results for various audiences.


Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or digital transformation.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in web analytics and data analysis.


Required Skills:

  • Expertise in web analytics, performance reporting, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of web content tailoring, personalization, and conversion optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, with experience in evaluating web traffic data and identifying content adaptation strategies.
  • Proven experience in evaluating web interactions and audience segments to support personalization.
  • Experience with Drupal 10, Drupal multisite, and Acquia Site Studio analytics and tagging strategies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with VWO Personalization and data-driven experimentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and analyzing search intent.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with management and executive teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and managing work in Microsoft Azure DevOps.


Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education or public sector organizations.
