Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, ICT and Electronics

We are now looking for a project manager to join our ICT and Electronics team to build the next projects together with the leading players in the field. In this role, you will support the consortium building, contribute to defining the project scope and act as a project manager to help deliver winning proposals.

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to open innovation projects focused on ICT and electronics, ensuring alignment with client objectives and funding programme requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in electronics and ICT topics, offering insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Act as a project manager to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and funding agencies to enhance Spinverse's presence in the innovation ecosystem.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies and regulations in the electronics and ICT domains, contributing to thought leadership and strategic planning.
• For Senior Project Managers: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics or related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience in electronics and ICT innovation, e.g. demonstrated through successful project implementations or relevant research contributions.
• Understanding of public funding instruments and experience in securing funding is an advantage.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and grant applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and achieve project goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Finnish and additional languages are a plus.
