The Role
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to be based out of our Centre of Excellence in Leichhardt working in a hybrid model. Our business and teams are transforming and growing and will see you providing a quality shared services experience to all stakeholders while working within a team. This is a newly created role to support our steadily growing People and Culture team.
The Tasks
Working collaboratively with Talent & Shared Services team and provide outstanding assistance to stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition Tasks:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skill and cultural fit to determine their suitability
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers
- Maintain and integrate confidential employee records, generating contracts, processing time-sensitive paperwork, and assisting with the smooth onboarding process of the employees through the transition
Shared Services Tasks:
- Support the Shared Services team in actioning employee life-cycle activities such as contract generation, change to employment arrangements, statement of service documents, reporting and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate master data utilising company HRIS system including payroll information, personal information, leave etc
- Keep information relevant and up to date with attention to detail across systems
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the team
- Ensure all documentation complies with HR policies and revising with consultation if required
- Provide general administrative support and assist in the daily operations of the M&A projects
The Successful Candidate
- Diploma of HR or related field is preferred
- Minium 1 year Talent Acquisition and/or Shared Services experience
- Demonstrated proactivity and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player with enthusiasm and commitment to learn, grow and develop
- Strong attention to detail and agility
- Previous experience with Dayforce and ServiceNow is advantageous but not essential
