Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Bizrahmed in Dubai. The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations including visa process and labor contracts
• PA work to Director
• Recruiting, hiring and exit agreement
• Handling all HR duties from A to Z
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Certification or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
