Job Description

• Analyze existing UI designs and propose improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with implementation in mind.
• Design common components and maintain specification guidelines for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience with software or SaaS product design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Japanese (business - native level) and English communication skills.

Preferred:

• Background in real estate or related industries.
• Experience in designing B2B software or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).
• Hands-on front-end development experience.
