We are hiring for below role for one of our global client in Dubai.


Job Title: Channel Strategy Assistant/Manager – MEA Region


Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Channel Strategy Assistant/Manager to lead, guide, and monitor our go-to-market (GTM) activities across the MEA region. In this role, you will oversee key operational strategies, develop training materials, and support our subsidiaries in optimizing channel performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution of our regional strategy, with a focus on driving sales growth, enhancing in-store experiences, and ensuring efficient inventory management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Monitoring & Guidance: Drive and monitor the performance of promoters, merchandisers, GTM members, and trainers across the MEA region to meet sales targets.
  • Training Development: Collaborate with subsidiaries and HQ to develop and share training materials for new product introductions (NPI) and enhance team capabilities.
  • Operational Support: Monitor key operational KPIs (WOS, LTI, Product/Channel Mix) and make proactive adjustments to drive performance.
  • Team Management: Support in setting up and tracking KPIs for trainers, merchandisers, and promoters. Ensure high standards of training and productivity.
  • Brand Shop Strategy: Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and drive premium sell-out, including new store openings, performance monitoring, and store closures.
  • In-Store Management: Guide subsidiaries in executing best practices for in-store management to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • GTM Events: Lead and drive GTM-related events and initiatives to enhance brand presence and sales in the MEA region.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports for the MEA CEO, tracking progress and providing insights into channel development activities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Channel Strategy, GTM, Sales, ISM, Marketing, or related fields (APM/PM/Channel PSI Management, Sales & KAM, Training, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with global top-tier companies (e.g., Dyson, Apple, SS, Amazon, Carrefour, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (American or British English); proficiency in Arabic, French, or Korean is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including SQL) and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (University graduate).
  • Strong ability to drive operational KPIs and manage cross-functional teams.
  • A hands-on approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to lead workshops, initiatives, and in-market visits to support subsidiary performance.
