Position Summary:


Pricing manager, International Markets will play a crucial role in driving the company’s pricing strategies across international markets. This role involves analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to develop optimal pricing models that maximise profitability and market share.


Key Responsibilities:


Pricing Strategy Development:


Take part in development and implementation of a pricing strategies for new and existing products within the spirits categories, focusing on standard and super premium Vodkas, Whisky, Gin, and Agaves.


Value Chain Analysis:


  • Conduct collaborative recreation and analysis of the value chain to support pricing decisions.
  • Utilise price volume models to assess the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.


Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilise advanced data analytics to evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities for price optimisation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on pricing strategies, performance metrics, and market trends.


Financial Modeling:


  • Create and maintain financial models to assess the profitability and financial impact of pricing strategies.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making processes.


Competitive Intelligence:


  • Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.


Process Improvement:


  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and refine pricing tools and methodologies.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Work closely with regional pricing teams to ensure consistency and alignment of pricing strategies across different markets.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for pricing-related inquiries and support.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or in Math and Physics or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related role within the FMCG industry.


Skills:


  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, MSPQ, MSPBI as advantage).
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies and financial modeling.
  • Experience with MSPQ and MSPBI is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to analyze big/complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
