🔎We are looking for an IT Project Manager


MAIN TASKS:


  • Lead the planning and execution of IT operations transition to a nearshoring location, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement a transition plan with clear timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Identify and address challenges proactively to ensure a smooth transfer of operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet technical and operational requirements, including infrastructure setup, data migration, and system integration.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, addressing concerns and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Develop and execute a communication strategy to keep all parties informed throughout the transition.


YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:


  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in project management, especially in transitioning IT operations, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for managing challenges and risks.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hybrid role based in Porto.
