National award-winning commercial builder in Melbourne's South East seeking a Senior Project Manager

Your new company

This diverse commercial builder is seeking a capable Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team at the start of 2025. With multiple national construction awards under their belt, they are continuing into 2025 with a very healthy pipeline of work, and are seeking to bring a new Project Manager into the business. They have a strong track record of delivering exceptional projects in a range of sectors in their 30+ years in business. With a fantastic senior management team, they are supportive, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of family commitments and a work/life balance. Paying up to $240k + Super based on experience

Your new role

You will;

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need;

• Proven delivery experience of commercial projects up to $50m as a Project Manager (builder side)
• Prior delivery of Education/Health projects - Experience working with the VSBA/VHBA essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Aconex, Procore and Jobpac proficient
• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in commercial construction
• A proficient self-starter, able to work under your own steam and drive projects to delivery
• Able to resolve issues on the fly, quickly and effectively.
• Adept with client/authority related queries and able to resolve these in a timely manner
