HR Coordinator

We are strengthening our People & Culture team and are now looking for an HR Coordinator for a fixed-term period. You will act as the master user of our HRIS system Sympa HR, coordinate our personnel insurances and support our HR Business Partner team in their daily activities. In this role, you will be working closely with our HR Business Partners, team leaders, and people across our global organization.

You will join a team of 5 talented colleagues, and collaborate closely with our payroll, talent acquisition, and HR development teams to drive the employee experience, and contribute to our company culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the master user for Framery’s HR information system Sympa HR
• Supporting our Business Partner Team in personnel matters from coordinating onboarding, writing job contracts to conducting exit interviews. Process joiner and leaver documentation and tasks
• Acting as a contact point for our personnel insurances both internally and to our external partners
• Supporting in coordinating company wide events, and for example arranging Framery’s annual family day at the factory
• Coordinating monthly HR reporting
• Other HR admin tasks and supporting various HR processes

What we expect from you?

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience within various HR tasks
• Natural knack for IT systems - however, no need to be an IT wizard to succeed in this role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused and collaborative mindset
• Proactive and self-starting working style
• Solid organizational skills, fast learner
• Basic knowledge of labour laws, collective agreements and their application in work life
• Experience in HR information systems is seen as a plus
• Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Finnish
• Applicable M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies (eg. Business, HR, marketing, education or other)

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and fixed-term position due to a parental leave starting in April 2025 until the end of February 2026. The position is located in Tampere and we work with a hybrid model - therefore a readiness to work from The Factory (Framery HQ) is required at least 3 days per week. This will help you to meet people, understand the culture and get the support you need in your role while having the flexibility to work from home or third places as well.
